Answers to the deep questions

To stimulate thinking, and help me remember the deep thoughts of little boys, I created a list of questions for the boys to answer. I always learn something from questions like this and I thought I would document them here for the sake of posterity.

Alex - Age 11
What are you good at doing? Sports
If you had ten dollars, how would you spend it? Save it
What are you afraid of? Noises at night
What is important to you? My family
What is your favorite food? Mashed potatoes and steak
What is your favorite thing to do? Sports
How do you show your family that you love them? By playing with them
What do you want to be when you grow up? Basketball or baseball player
What are you thankful for? The world
Tell me something about God. He is real.

Parker - Age 9
What are you good at doing? Playing PlayStation 2
If you had ten dollars, how would you spend it? On a movie
What are you afraid of? Wasps
What is important to you? My family
What is your favorite food? Pizza
What is your favorite thing to do? Jump on the trampoline
How do you show your family that you love them? By caring
What do you want to be when you grow up? a football player
What are you thankful for? My brothers !!!???!?!!?
Tell me something about God. He's our Father

Luke - Age 5
What are you good at doing? playing baseball
If you had ten dollars, how would you spend it? a Nerf gun
What are you afraid of? bears
What is important to you? the Bible
What is your favorite food? pizza
What is your favorite thing to do? play baseball
How do you show your family that you love them? by being respectful
What do you want to be when you grow up? a fireman
What are you thankful for? my Webkinz
Tell me something about God. I love Him

I didn't ask Landry these questions yet because I thought he might be a little young. But now that I think about it, he might have some interesting answers. Maybe tomorrow!!

This is precious. My mom had a list like this and she would ask us the same questions every year around our birthday. It's cool to see how the list changes. :)
